This is the Difference between Dhoni/Rohit Captaincy to that of Virat.....
Virat is excellent Batsman and Very Aggressive Sportsman, but he needs to understand that what works for him not necessary works for his team mates to excel in field.... Supporting average player to perform above his calibre is important..... Not all 11 players in team can be excellent with skill sets, so captains responsibility to bring best of each and to some extent coach.....
