Team can use RTM only after player is sold to another team Eg. Butler is sold to Punjab for 5Cr Auctioneer will ask MI whether they are interested in that player before calling it Final Bid to that particular Team.

Anyone remember Evin Lewis who smashed a quick fire century against India in a T20I last year? He went unsold in the previous auction. Now he will be on demand even as a replacement to Gayle in the longer run.
