IPL 2014 to be played in SA or India

Chance of Bangladesh,Sri lanka are low due to lack of security,poor infrastructure.
UAE,SA are most preferable.But in UAE,it is very hot and BCCI have to spend more for organising.That's why SA is the choice.

But from the very first day South africa was against the ICC constitutional amendment which will give more power and money to India, Australia and England, were passed by the International Cricket Council's (ICC) Executive Board in Singapore. BCCI, England and Aus will get most revenue(75%) but why suddenly South Africa change their side(Makes an U-turn' on ICC revamp stance) and vote with BCCI ? Don't u think that there are some understanding between Mr Srini and south africa board ?

Bangladesh change their side as they got series(Money) with India where as Pakistan oppose as BCCI cannot promise a series with pakistan because of political reason. So what is the benefit of South africa board ?

I think SA has got some financial post of icc last.That's why they didn't voted against.
SA will earn more than 100milliondollars if IPL is organised there.
