90 % chances that IPL will be in South AFRICA as a gift from BCCI for supporting them in ICC for new revenue shearing model. For same reason sri lanka 's chances are zero as they raised their voice against The Mighty BCCI.

UAE,SA are most preferable.But in UAE,it is very hot and BCCI have to spend more for organising.That's why SA is the choice.

Acc. to Indian std. time 1st match will be starts at 11:00 AM and and 2nd match starts at 2:00 PM.So,there is no problem in timing.:k

Timing must be 8.00p.m for maximum matches and few for 4.00p.m. suitable for indian viewers.So maximum fans can watch.8.00p.m to 12p.m like night show in a theatre.:lol
That's why MAX is paying 800+ crores for a single season.
