Still not clear on one thing though.
Let’s say a franchise decides to use the RTM card and teams keep bidding. Let’s say in this example RCB wins after bidding along with RR, does RR get back the RTM Card or they lose it?

If they are refunded the RTM card, it’s a big red flag because teams can use the RTM card to constantly bring down other team purses
How can they deduct RTM if Team not got player? RTM should be refunded.

I also thinking about it before auction Rules announced. But now I don't think they will retain 6 players. In mega auction players will not go to that much high price like 18cr.
Mostly teams will retain only 3+1 Players as they also has to made full squad. Full 6 player price is 79 cr.

Point 5 is so vague and needs so much explanation.
What about new players do they become ineligible to enter mini auction because they didn't register for mega auction?
And if player opts out of this season before auction for genuine reason does he still have to register in the auction otherwise he'll become ineligible to participate in future auctions?
