Then i will say img done a good job hopes star will.also continue it in a better manner. But star used poor camera angles some.times

Star has bagged the rights for one year, with a provision for extension up to three years, for Rs 13.3 crore a year. The Star bid was apparently Rs 20 crore less than IMG’s.

The production services, however, will not include the commentators’ fee. The BCCI has said that it would pay the commentators directly. The selection of the commentators will be done jointly by the BCCI and Star.

Star is understood to have made a presentation that it would bring a confluence of technical acumen and knowledge of 21st Century Fox, its parent company. It promised to engage experts from the US and the UK who were involved in the production of the American National Football League and other American and English sporting events at different stages.
