Happy with RCB's retentions now.
I was having mixed feelings about releasing Siraj, but looking at the even bigger f**kup that RR have made, I'm glad we've released Siraj. There's definitely an RTM for him and Jacks, but more importantly we can now focus on getting RR's spin bowling core of Yuzi and Ashwin without RR coming in our way...

Jos Buttler's availability for IPL 2025 is in question, which is why RR has not retained him.

Buttler's availability will remain an issue in the future, for England would want to preserve him once he gets fit.
There's at least one ICC event in the next three years and several crucial white-ball assignments, and England would want him to prioritise national commitments. Further, it won't be easy for him to perform consistently once he returns from the injury, so retaining him might not be an ideal move.

Ok I agree for Buttler but why 14cr to Jurel and Riyan. Specially Jurel. Very very bad move by RR. Looks like old days are coming back for RR. Even they cant go for any big player in auction because they have only 41cr now.
I think KXIP is going for all Pant, Iyer, Kishan, Yuzi, boult, Salt, Shami.

MI did excellent work to retain the big 4 and after last year's disaster, it looks like they've sorted out all the issues and big 4 look happy and united.

Now hopefully RR will not go for KL Rahul. Otherwise RR will become the first team to be eliminated even before the tournament starts.

The team is good but the emotional attachment with Jos Butler is un breakable. And retaining Jurel and Hetmyer is really a stupid decision. Even if they want them they can use RTM in the auction.

I agree. But KLRahul should go to KKR as they need captaincy material. At top, with Salt or Narine he can make useful contributions. Narine can come down the order.
