From ur list I can't find Angelo Mathews name is he released by DD?

In 2015, he played for DD. After that DD released him. In 2016, he didn't put his name in the auction list.

Let's see if he decides to play this IPL

If a player is banned before Auctions can that Franchise opt for player swap before Auctions I.e Russel has banned before Auctions can KKR opt his replacement before Auctions??

No one will going to buy Mathews because, all teams have budget below 25 cr & there are many important players are released by the teams their eyes will be on that players...
