Placed request for Xstream Fiber. Feasibility check, KYC, 6 months payment done. The technician said that installation will take up to 72 hours, ZTE router (no other brand available) and installation is free. Jio is not available here and GTPL have service issues, also it charges extra for installation and router that's why went with Airtel.

Airtel Xstream Fiber and JioFiber only accept online payment. Basically, the agent generate a link during the KYC process and you need to pay using that link to complete the order.

If someone offers cash payment for these connections, consider that as fraud.

Installation is complete. Overall experience was good, one odd thing is that for installation Airtel sent 2 minor looking boys who seemed like just 15 years old. However, they did everything professionally. Wiring done via roof as he said if it is easily reachable then other LCOs often cut the wire.

40Mbps plan, consistently getting about 45-50Mbps speed, technician also said you will mostly get 5-10 Mbps higher speed, ping is sometimes high though. Paid Rs 3,534.

Payment is completely online, after KYC a unique link will be sent to RMN for payment. You will also get several reminder SMS to not pay in cash to anyone.
