Yes it's big investment...But it's fine as many paid up to 15K for broadband to this same operator even less cable...Although it was in lockdown time...In rural areas even network signals too not much available...Invested mainly for my Son as now most court work is online...He already installed BSNL Bharat fiber in his office..there i think he paid for 777 plan and rs 120 pm router rent only... In home no good network...

I also got my 1st Broadband connection last month. Now I'll never go back to mobile data 😉.
