Today Installed my first ever Fiber Broadband connection and it's from Railwire.
My pack- 1TB 50mbps FUP-2mbps
pack cost- ₹529.82(incl. GST)
installation cost- ₹3700

No, you can check your account data usage online. Plan renewal is also possible through the selfcare. We have done some articles also on these things.

Online Recharge now possible through self care for Railwire Broadband

As of now, payment can be made only through PayTm wallet, Credit or Debit card. UPI, Internet banking or any E-wallet other than PayTm cannot be used for payments.

I have been living in Durgapur since June'2021 where the LCO (Meghbela & Microtalk Broadband) has disabled / not activated the online recharge / self-care/ online account viewing and that sucks big time for me.

Account details can be seen. Online recharge facility is also there. But dont know I can downgrade my pack online or not.
