Good News Installed Airtel Xstream Fiber Mesh Pods

Today I have ordered Airtel Xstream Fiber Mesh Pods for my connection. I will be taking 2 pods. One of them will be near our Xstream STB and another will be in another room.
Paid 2000 rupees as security deposit. Work order is created. Awaiting installation.
The monthly charges 198 rupees will be added to my bill.

Update: After using Airtel products over the years, I can confirm that they never fail to disappoint me whenever I am about to take another service from them.

I am an Airtel Black customer, in their word 'privileged'. Still I am missing any communication from them after the initial conversation I had yesterday. It was supposed to be installed early today by 10AM. Now it is 2PM. Called dedicated relationship team twice, similar response received that it has been escalated and will be resolved soon.

If I do not receive the product by today, will ask them to initiate refund.

Congrats on the installation bro. Though I feel a one time hardware cost is fine but a monthly fee for it I don't find justified.
