Solution
Today I talked with Sony CC on Live Chat. He gave some instructions and steps to do. I did all steps and my issue is solved. 
Overall good experience with Sony.
I removed all external devices that are connected to TV. Then remove power cable from main source. Then pressed all physical buttons 5-6 times from backside of TV except Power button. Then again started the TV and pressed Home button on remote. That's it, my issue solved
