One of the new unofficial scam by IRCTC is if you book two tickets at the same time. One will get confirmed, the other one will be in waiting. So that you can't ask for refund. This is why people books tickets seperately nowadays.

Also give MMA training for all passengers when pantry guy shows us with gang to fight you.

Dealing with pantry is the worst. The staff tries to charge 50% extra. Have to talk to the manager almost 100% of the time to get at official rate.
Very important: NEVER go alone.

It's a good initiative by IRCTC to partner with them, especially since the pantry car and side pantry often don’t provide good quality food and also they tend to overcharge, by not following the rates fixed by IRCTC.
