yes dada suddenly past couple of years west bengal turned into london weather rain in winter specially when temperatures tries to rise from 12 degree to 15 or 16 degree in night rain comes to cool environment particularly before gangasagar bath mela temperatures have to be cool.after 26th jan weather started to became little bit hot and on day of saraswati puja to after that we not need any shawl or sweater.
