இன்னொரு புயல்: இந்நிலையில் புதிதாக அந்தமான் கடல் பகுதியில் தோன்றியுள்ள காற்றழுத்த தாழ்வு நிலை புயலாக மாறும் என அமெரிக்க பருவநிலை ஆய்வு மையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. தனது எச்சரிக்கையில் அம்மையம் கூறியுள்ளதாவது:
அந்தமான் அருகே தோன்றியுள்ள புயல் சின்னம் இரண்டாக பிரிந்து, ஒன்று இலங்கை நோக்கி செல்லும். இன்னொன்று வடக்காக நகர்ந்து தமழகத்தை நோக்கி வரும்.
