But In playstore buy option, only Debit Card /Credit card option is there...
but I prefer net banking(SBI).
so please let me know how can I pay from net banking??
My Device: Galaxy p3100, Android 4.4.4 , Rooted.

Pranab bro, here's the procedure

Purchase Apps/Games with Net Banking from Google Play Store

Open Your Play Store

Now Move to that app which you want to buy
Click on the Price button and proceed further.

After accepting terms & conditions, it will show you a screen to choose the payment method.
Now it will show you the following Three Options,

1. Add Credit or Debit Card

2. Add Netbanking

3. Redeem Code

Now Choose NetBanking, and it could ask for billing information so fill it.

And proceed for next,

Now it will Display the list of banks which google is accepting, all major banks of India are listed over here,

you need to choose of which you use Netbanking facility,

Now it will show you the option of BUY, now after clicking on Buy it could ask for the Google Account Password,

Now it will redirect you to Your Bank,

Now enter your banking details like userid and password, then proceed.

After Successful Payment, it will redirect to you Google Play Store Dashboard.

Now it could ask for " How Often would you like to confirm your password for purchases? ” you can either select Every Time or Never, it’s all your choice.

Now after clicking it will show you Payment
Successful, installation in Progress and will give a button to Continue .

Yes, it’s done, you have successfully purchased an app from google play store using your netbanking.

Netbanking requires android version 5 or above and playstore versions 6.4 or above(if I am not wrong) Also netbanking cannot be sued as subscription mode of payment. I read it somewhere on Google play faq

If you have Add Netbanking as an option, click on it and see if your bank is listed. Google has partnered with 38 banks so far. The Net Banking option can be also set as the default payment option. Also, all the recent versions of Google OS (Lollipop, Marshmallow and Nougat) will get the updtaes.

Now buy apps with Net Banking from Google Play Store

You can go the Play Store an check if you already have the Net Banking options and the decision of the new payment option launch comes after Google recently released a survey that Indians are most likely to pay for digital content or apps.

On my Gmail account net Banking's bank list name not showing, but in play Store bank list name showing. I want to remove one bank list name, but unable to remove.

and In payment option page it showing only Debit/credit card & Redeem code option only...
so I can't paid from net banking or I missed anything?

To add Net Banking option requires Android 5 or higher OS.
