It wont show as FULL HD per se. Just HIgh Option will automatically select 1080p quality. you can check resolution and bitrate details by going to quality settings --> Video Performance --> See Details

How to see video performance as in setting it doesn't show

Something is happening!

Now again VIP and premium icons are back and in hotstar home, 'disney+' word removed from top.

Looks like complete roll out hasn't taken place and only testing is happening.

I guess they are testing all possible combinations. Instead of releasing to only beta testers they made it available to all. Some guy already moved Hotstar to Disney+ Hotstar in Wikipedia.
