True but some streaming service allows global signin. If I am not wrong then Netflix has this policy. We can buy Netflix from USA and sign in here in India and watch shows with Indian ip address

Yes we can watch But only Netflix India content. Also Sky sports has no presence here. Even if anyone using Sky in UK ,they can't watch content in India even after signing in as it will be blocked by detecting ISP unless VPN is used.
