Yes, but my receiver is showing DD+ 2.0

It may having any sound format like DD, DD+, AAC
But there's only 2 channel audio on all content, with aac most of time.

May be! I have never seen Dolby Atmos Mixing on Hotstar Specials! It's produced for the platform there is a difference between Movies and Original Content produced for the platform.

It is showing for all movies which means their app is now supporting DD+ audio and they might have to add Dolby tracks to their content. For now, this only happening in Firestick 4K as the app was updated yesterday. Apple TV still need to be updated.
