I would just use Button remaper and repurpose the button to another OTT app that I use. I have that installed on both my android smart TVs.

@iDJ was talking about jio stb remote which has voot shortcut button (earlier) and then jio had assigned this button as a shortcut of jio cinema app after discontinuation of voot app. So which app shortcut will be given to this button after Jio Cinema app is shut down. There is no remapper app available in jio stb.

The STB doesn't have Google Play Store in the first place. It has Jio's own homegrown customized Jio Store with way lesser apps.

Bro this is going to be money making button for Jio, it already topping in most subscriber in broadband connection and every second app want it to be placed at that.
ZEE5 or Sony LIV let's see who will win this game BTW even Discovery+ logo won't look bad over here.
