As you say that the pendrive works as a hard disk in your laptop it means according to your laptop its your second hard disk so from somewhere collect Windows XP or older version of Windows and format some time because of bad sector it not supports to later version of OS.

Have you tried to format your pen drive in the laptop

win8.I have formatted in my laptop.

If working fine in win8, should be working in Win7 too.
May be some virus issue, I guess, in win 7 desktop of yours

Its not like that do you know low level formatting and high level formatting.

Have to tried to uninstall usb pendrive & then re-install in windows 7 ????

ok.Then i will check first.Destop has pirated os and free antivirus.

Have u tried after clean boot win 7 and in safe mode win 7?
