May be it is formatted in NFTS mode. Try reformatting the pendrive in FAT32 mode.

So your OS support NTFS, you don't need to re-format your pen-drive as suggested by Elysian

I tried all the things mentioned here.But still it isn't functioning.
It is showing in disk management,can safely remove it,but unable to see it n my computer.

If it is available in disk management,,,,,, just asign a drive letter to it... it will then be available in the my computer ....

Do you have Windows XP or Windows 95 it should be older then Windows Xp do you have ?

It will not work if the pendrive is not showing then how you get the option.
