Payzapp is sh#t for recharge,bill payments. I have HDFC debit card but never bother to use this app.

Payzapp is not trustworthy, I once paid electricity bill there, payment was successful balance got deducted but my bill was not paid. Their customer service also said that everything is successfully but after 2 weeks they refunded the bill amount and I had to pay the bill from Amazon with late fine

Should have ask them for compensation. Showing them the bill of late fine.

Their response was not good, they never accepted the mistake, blamed fault to the electric company.
