HDFC Bank UPI RuPay Credit Card

Hi All


I would like to know if I opt for "HDFC Bank UPI RuPay Credit Card" ,

Can I use this card to Add money to Paytm Wallet ?
Unlike in Visa/ Mastercard wherin Paytm charges Transaction charges, will the same apply for Rupay Credit card ?


Any other important information if anyone would like to share is appreciated
