I hope they will not change the definition of weak section from current 8 lakh limit

He is certainly refering to people below poverty line.
If 8lakh is the current limit for weak section, then Govt. should should start providing benefits all social sector schemes like FSA, Ayusman, UJJAwala etc. to these people.

Not sure what is the situation in your place but here Below poverty certificate holders are top business man whose monthly sales are in crore. Only Service men with small income are APL
