They delayed pick up for a week and had to followup with customer support multiple times for refund after pickup. It took almost 20 days to get the refund.
Whereas Amazon processes refund on same day of pickup and generally pick up is done within 2 days of raising return.

Phonepe wallet refund is almost instant it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get the refund after pickup then you can transfer Or withdraw the funds at your convenience
