I am about to get one from USA (as I am in USA right now) as it's available for as low as $20 but I am not sure if that will work in India and also what's the minimum speed required for this?

I have 2Mbps plan, will this work properly with that?

Will mostly watch some sports streams on this.

It should work fine. I use many international gadgets variants which i bought from online shopping sites like amazon US, UK and AliExpress. All works fine.

My Chromecast was bought in US. It doesn't matter. Ideal speed is 3Mbps, but 2 also should be ok.
