VPN = Virtual private network

Think it as if you are telling your ISP that you are not located in India(somewhere else in world like in US, or in Europe ) so you are out of jurisdiction of Department of Telecom India, so they will not block those site :lol

I use cyberghost as my VPN software. You can try it. It's free

Before activating it you will see your Ip is in India and after activating VPN you will see your IP is located some where else in world
