Is there any way I can get UPC on my airtel number without service validity. Airtel has removed the tower in my area and I get nil network indoors. Absolute zero network. I dont want to pay Rs 199 for a minimum plan and then port and pay again for the new provider. I have around Rs 60 main balance as well, but cant use that either to send SMS for UPC. This is unfair trade practice.

What is the best way for me to get UPC in this case?

Service validity is Compulsory for SMS Service &
₹1 Required From Main balance for UPC Code..
