300 GB per month is more than enough.
It probably is, but then they shouldn't advertise it as unlimited 5G and let people think it's the same offering as Jio 5G welcome offer which comes without the FUP. They should clearly mention the monthly 5G data capping and also about the limitation for tethering using mobile hotspot which they have mentioned in the fine print in the offer T&C.

Asking Airtel to be ethical is more like asking dog to guard the biscuits.

No, I will never agree with this bro. I have seen some well-trained dogs, obeying their owner's order of guarding the Biscuits, very well. So, sorry your example is not accurate, imho.

Instead, "Asking Airtel to be ethical is more like asking Tiger to lead a vegan Life" suits better.
Someone is stealing Airtel's Postpaid subscribers and making them port to "A competitor" network.
Actually that lady informed many Airtel Postpaid customers of Rs999 or Rs1199 plan, that Airtel is going to Increase the tariff and those customers fell for that. No body can blame those customers as every Airtel person including Chairman, CEO and all other Mgmt guys say "Tariffs are very Low, ARPU is very Low, We have lowest tariffs in the World, We have to increase tariff for sustainability, We have to boost ROCE, We will never care about competitors when increasing tariffs, etc", whenever someone shows mic to them for interview.

So that lady in her defense can show those interviews in court and there is a possibility of her escape as well. Even now Airtel can never give guarantee that those Postpaid plan tariffs will not be hiked till the end of the court trial for this case.

BTW who is that operator that lady worked hard for? If it was NOT Mumbai, I would have doubted Jio. But since this happened in Mumbai circle only, possibility of VoId is also there & we can say they are really making good use of that 1000Cr Rs from HDFC Bank ;)

Stop accusing Vi everywhere. They are not even in picture and competition. Airtel network is miles ahead in terms of quality in Mumbai if you have 3-40C capable smartphone.

Bro it's not just about the quality of the network. It's about the commission given by Vi to it's channel partners for getting new subscribers in order to balance the steady outflow of subscribers that it is faced with due to its inability to invest in network upgradation.
In my area the local dealer gives free Vi sim to Jio and Airtel subscribers porting in to Vi along with 1 month free usage plus a free Bluetooth headset (poor quality one but still). So they are very much capable of using any trick in the book to poach subscribers of the leading private operators.
This month TRAI reported just 50 thousand subscribers net loss for Vi for the month of September as opposed to over a million in all the preceding months, this is happening because of these freebies being given by them to balance the subscriber losses. Otherwise their share price will slide down further and any hope of getting an investment will also disappear.
Ofcourse this isn't sustainable, coz second month onwards the users will stop recharging and ultimately those numbers will also get disconnected and it will increase the rate of churn. But Vi is just trying to postpone the inevitable.

Let's see who is the actual one behind this. Vi network is empty and still nobody is using it in Mumbai. My home site is Navi Mumbai was capable of 120-150Mbps on just 30Mhz in day time. There were many such sites. Now those sites have been shut down. Airtel has increased lots of sites in Navi Mumbai and 5G experience is fine. Even 4G+ is enough. Just they lack data allowances on recharge. After 5G welcome offer is finished, let's see who gets what. Few days back, I travelled to Virar through Western railway(same goes with Dahisar toll post to Bilalpada and Mira Bhayander), Airtel was having blanket 4G+ coverage and two years back, this didn't have even coverage over there. So coverage is improving for sure. No 5G yet, but still if you have CA device, you will have good speeds on 4G. I believe Airtel will top up band 1/3 spectrum in upcoming auctions PAN India.

Yes, they are NOT in the Competition and that's why I am accusing them "Everywhere".
They are blaming everyone and keep on giving false hope and finally going to KILL the innocent Retail Investors (who don't have much knowledge in Telecom). As @Esmail bro said, they are just postponing the inevitable. They once said, "See the Govt is NOT taking our stake, otherwise all the investors in the world would have helped us", but after Govt taking the Stake, WHAT HAPPENED ?

If that hurts you, sorry, I can't do anything.
🤷‍♂️

You are mixing two things. Please don't mix it. There is no relation between two things. It doesn't hurt me, but try to be neutral.
