Airtel nodal officer / appellate authority are always unreachable. I tried hard and didn't found any way to reach them as mailing or calling doesn't work. That's the same sad situation across most of the states.

What issue are you having though? 🤔
Not for me bro, I asked for a friend.

I tried to provide him all the methods mentioned above to contact but there is no way.

Facing speed issues on Airtel Fiber today, wonder what could be the issue.

Have not yet contacted CC.

From the speed test result, it can be possibly due to bad power and damaged fiber splicing.

Your LCO needs to work and fix every faults via OTDR. It can be time-consuming so they may hesitate, but they can only resolve such issues. This type of issues occur with optical fiber connections during rainy days when splicing is poorly done. It will cause intermittent fiber slow downs and high latency/jitter issues.

Just a reboot of the router solved the issue. 😂😅🧐

May be the router was tired of running non stop

Thanks to your post, I got one more reason to switch to own GPON router from Airtel ONT. 😁

Yes, Airtel official router lags a lot and sometimes screws the speed. It happened to me as well in the recent past which had caused a huge confusion. 😑

Due to these issues, I am thinking of switching my Airtel setup to the TP-Link XX530v Wi-Fi 6 XPON Router.

As per some YouTube videos, it works fine with Airtel Fiber and the issue we get with stock Airtel routers aren't there after switching to it.
