how to change airtel black mobile number for dth, fiber and Ott?

If you change RTN, then you will lose the OTT benefits. CC told this to me, hence i didn't change the RTN

I have seen for some other people also plan change options doesn't show on Airtel app. I don't know what criteria they follow for it.
