Is it possible to take Rs 99 plan in Vi using Main Balance? So far, I've connected to most customer service levels but they have denied.

Oh cool. I never recharge data only plan on Vi. So, was confirming.

Nowadays Vi is doing a new kind of scam.They are intentionally turning off carrier aggegration at midnight since 12-6am is unlimited data offer. I noticed it for the past 3 days and don't know how many days this scam is going on. This is awful from VI

No, once your recharge expires. You don't connect to 3G or 4G.
