How to set devices connected to HDMI to automatically turn on when you switch to an HDMI input?

For example, I have DTH on HDMI 1 and streaming device connected to HDMI 2. If I watch DTH and when I switch to streaming device, it shows "No signal". I have to turn on the streaming device using its remote. I would like the streaming device to turn on automatically when I switch to it.

Is there any setting on the TV or device to make it turn on automatically?
