Jio is best for second sim users as no incoming blockout without valididty pack, but we should recharge Rs.119/-(14 day pack) for every 3 months/84 days.

Yes it's good for those cases but what if we put a sufficient top up balance? I keep recharging my sim for 10-20 rupees top-up regularly. To keep it activated.
