For the 1st time I am getting disconnection message in My Jio app on recharge due number....

Call centers have rotating staff. They are never on holidays. Try contacting after sometime.

There is no customer care agent Transfer option (press 9) in 198 or any other their CC contact number

Bros if we recharge ₹1066 plan two times then disney plus hotstar subscription get queue or we'll get only 1 year benefit ??

Try Internet issue option. Usually operator hide the talk to agent option from the main option.

Only 1 year of benefit. There is no queuing of Hotstar subscription.
