I had personal experience that previous year I have recharged 401 jio hotstar pack then I have more than 30 days validity on my existing pack later post my previous recharge ended then my subscription started

It could be a glitch. Cuz, officially they don't support.

Jio does not block incoming services for not keeping active plan on it's number.

No fixed timeline as such is there I believe. My number whose last recharge was about 2 years ago still has incoming active.
