General Discussion about Jio

Thanks for confirming it. I'm also facing it since Friday night. Customer care wants me to get my phone checked and they say handset issue as no other's are facing the issue. When I replicated it with my wife's one, they said Jio to Jio will work and other networks may be blocking that. I stopped the followup there and decided to sit with it as we had an important meeting and now using my alternate number for the conference call purpose.

Jio to Jio is also not working!

Call conferencing isn't working from past 4 days. Initially I didn't realize it. Today I tested with multiple Jio numbers and everyone is facing the same issue. Anyone here facing the same?

Issue seems to be specific to iOS 13 and above. @venky bro, are you using iOS 13?

A new kind of Drama started on my jio number since last night they continuously changing my jio tune
1. At 12.30 in night I was about to sleep suddenly a msg from customer service that we have changed your jio tune as you requested
2nd time when I woke up I saw again a msg that we changed your jio tune according to your request
Lastly now when I m browsing DDF again a msg arrived with same content
I don't understand what will I do request to deactivate is not working
Plz help me guys

I don't think Amazon orders comes with a sim card as they don't take personal details while ordering.

It doesn't come with sim and you can use your already existing Jio sim in it. I am doing the same.

Yes, you can buy without sim. I've bought Jio-Fi without sim fom Jio store. You can also buy it from local retailer. But, I'll suggest you get it from Amazon. You'll get it for Rs. 849 thanks to GIF Diwali sale.
