Jio speed has taken a deep dive. Earlier while traveling in train we could stream but today speed does not even cross 500 kbps and jiotv refused to stream.

Its opposite in my experience

Last year summer while traveling in nh-45 it was hardly in mbps download speed. but from newyear its a huge jump its now 10mbps download speed in same nh-45

why?
In my area docomo 3G is faster than jio 4G.
peoples are crowded with jio here/ everywhere. so it's so hard to get 100-200 Kbps at home. if i travel on bus i barely get 0-6Kbps here.
In other hand i use docomo 110 plan which gives about 200-300Kbps average.

Read an article about Jio on Telugu newspaper today.

Some interesting points I observed on this article:

• Idea to start Jio came from Isha Amabani, daughter of Mukesh Ambani when they were facing issue with slow internet at their home.
• Jio acquired 10 crore users in 170 days of starting operations.
• India is leader in 4G unlike other technologies like 3G or 2G where US/China dominated.
• Jio phone is being bought by around 3-5 lakh people daily.
• In next few years Indian population equal to 2/3 of Europeans would be able to experience world class digital services.
• India grew to number one position in broadband data usage in 2 years from 155th rank, Jio driving this.
• Jio is biggest startup ever in India.
• Jio received prestigious Drivers of Change award, previously Alibaba, HBO, Amazon, Apple, Fiat received this award.

from maincity there are 6 villages sharing the same tower. I've been complaining about it's speed and requested them for new tower. but nothing happened.

sadly yes.
before they introduce happy new year and open their platform to everyone, I got 2-3 Mbps. now I'm getting 100-200kbps.
I suggested my relatives and friends to buy jio when they didn't want to. now I'm regretting it. lot's and lots of peoples sharing same tower so speed is devided.

Where do you complaint ? You should file complaint in panchayet as they are not issuing permit to install tower , infact here in our village panchayet forced Vodafone to shutdown their tower because of radiation fear.

Operators cannot install tower or dig road to lay optical fibre without permission from panchayet/municipality

But they did not pay me for this post

It's different story in some other places, Jio is better and Airtel is worst. Some areas have great Airtel speeds but worst Jio speeds.

I use both Jio and Airtel, Jio speeds did decrease as more users started using Jio but on other side Airtel which has been here from decades still is unable to provide consistent service. So both are not perfect for me.
