Naa. I got 10GB and I didn't install Jio tv app.

No not fixed. When I put weight it became flat but after I put it back in JioFi and charge it within 4-5 hours it became what it was before. So I currently using it without battery by connecting with wall socket

The battery is defective. I googled and found this article and also some reddit post. All saying that after 6-8 month use the battery became fat. So, there may a lot of defective battery out there and jio is not recalling them.
