Guys need help

I have installed Jio4GVoice App on my android phone, Jio SIM is in JioFi, so i connect via WiFI to make calls.

From yesterday i am getting several OTP messages from JIO, i message every 30 mins. How to stop this. Jio4G App is working fine.
The message says, pls enter OTP to complete registration.


App was installed a week back, that time only 1 message came and i registered it. From yesterday i am getting so many OTP messages, i even uninstalled the App still its coming. What to do ???

Yes, i can see Online. My phone supports VOLTE, but its a JioFi SIM. hence i have to use this app. I am still getting the OTP messages

Online means you are able for calls, ignore those messages then
