Jio voice will remain free infact there is rumour going on that jio will even reduce there base plan to the effect of new IUC@6paise but voice will remain free but they may have introduce this new price for voice i think for feature phone.

Guys Anyone Knows What Is 4G+ In Jio Network
Anyone Getting It?
Actually I Complained Them About Slow Speed I Never Got Speed More Than 1 Mbps(bits) So They Told Me They Would Install A Tower In My Place
I Don't Know If They Had Done It Or Not But Speed Is Still Same But At Night There Is Increase In Speed Sometimes.
Now I've Started Getting 4G+ instead Of 4G in My Area and As I Go Somewhere It Shifts To 4G.
Anyone Can Put Some Light On It?

It's called carrier aggregation which is basically the method of combining different Band (like 3,5 and 40) and create a single highway for higher Speed data and coverage. Phone's soc need to have support this feature too. Not all phone support this, You can check Qualcomm site to know which SOC support it
