The most depressing thing in life is seeing your relatives have grey hair or they go bald.
 
The most depressing thing in life is seeing you yourselve have grey hair as well as going bald at the age of 23. 😫
greying of hair is still understandable , even if felt like annoying thing its becoming normal as even school going kids are starting to having greying hairs due to stress related to studies etc , reducing of hair in contrast quite saddening in contrast, at most we could stop the effect to an extent or reverse if caused due to more stress by taking care of other things. in reality only some things are known regarding dht something or cortisol, when sleeping body produces melatonin helps hair growth.

there are some myth as if related to particular diet preference but in reality even people having proteins rich foods end up having thinning hairs , which they refute telling hereditary . sadly only thing we can do is to maintain exist hair or try to put off balding in future by trying to reduce stress.
relatives and near ones are annoying :cry:when person is already suffering from it they will make fun of it as if the person suffering from it don't know about it. medicines might stop working after a while at most it only postpones it, when stopping use then it starts falling more. :(:eek:

p.s there are other thinks like blood flow, massaging hair - coconut oil seems to help improving flow to hair , sleeping 7-8 hours ,drinking water etc.
 
You can try serums. Don't try onion shampoos if you miss using it. It will affect your hair again. I suffer from hair loss since childhood. My hair keeps falling everywhere on it's own. Irony is instead of going bald I have too much hair.

I do all of these. Still it's happening.
I feel that if it's bound to happen, then it WILL happen. Nothing can stop it.
