If we use 3rd party app like this and transaction failed and money doesn't return to the bank then whom should we contact and raise complain ? Third party app provider or my bank?
If we use bank's official app then it's sure that we hv to contact bank but I am not sure sure with 3rd party app. There is no RBI guidelines regarding this.
