Fraud Mobikwik ( Problem Solved )

On 28th Dec 2014 mobikwik offer For Gujarat Number, Recharge DTH for 300₹ & get 100₹ as cash back on 5th Jan 2015 !
My Transaction ID is :- 14197743294873
But till now I am not received any Cashback !
There is NO Customer care number for mobikwik !
I am Creating Support Tickets since 6th Jan Four Times , but can't got any response !
My Four Ticket ID is :-

Anyone getting this type of problem ?

Above I mentioned, I have create tickets Four times since 6th Jan 2015 ! But no response from them !
Yesterday I got 100 ₹ cash back in paytm wallet as they offering...
In my opinion paytm is most faithful then mobikwik...
Hope they they will solve my problem as soon as possible...

I am also faced this problem..I am also created ticket for the issue.. But it was resolved after 10 days and the cash back also credited.. so wait for 10 days...
