Is this good or bad for health? People say avoid sugar. One glass is made from one whole sugarcane.

It's good bro but the sales guy give 60 -70% water and rest persent sugercane hence i avoid only like to eat raw sugercane which use in puja time but the problem is then you have to depend on you teeth strength to get full juice

I like this yellow one. It is so hard to find. This is only homemade.

Water means mixed with Ice.

You guys drink sugarcane juice with mixing water, with Ice(on the rock).
No no Thats sugarcane juice not alcoholic Drink so that you are mixing ice, water.
Here pure sugar cane juice(one piece 5-6ft Sugarcane for 2 large glass) available at street side vendor, with pinch of salt(optional). 1 large size glass is 20/- .

You cannot see properly seller just squeze sugercane goes from the layer of chakni/ net filter to can when they give in glass by the taste you can Easyly diffrenciate its raw or miture
Only juice / orange is 100% raw but only catch is you dont know age of irange it's fresh or 4 to 5 days old yes by the color you can assume but still
