Pumpkin Flower.

Most of It is used in floral festival ( called "Bathukamma panduga" in TELANGANA STATE) at the time of October month....

What is that flower called? I forgot. It is very delicious.

In Telangana called .it..'.Gummadi puvvu'

I thought that flower was a different one. Bok Phool was that came to my mind.

Here we used pumpkin flower & Bok Phool to make pakoda with lentil paste, Besan and onion Slice.

Bok Phool is white in colour and often tastes very bitter. I don't like the taste tbh. Very rarely I get to eat one that is not bitter.
