But it's not possible for three times a day. So i choose readymade (or ready to cook) food in the morning, like Cornflakes with milk, Oats with milk, Maggi Pazzta, Masala Oats, Bread Omlette Sandwich, MTR Rava Idli (Microoven 3.30 minutes) or Bread and Horlics (or white complan, Bournvitta) etc..
