What is the difference between curd and dahi ?
The price of Dahi is considerably high compared to curd.

Because of Language. Dahi is Desi & Curd is Videsi
As far as I know, Dahi is sure Desi, Curd is Semi-Videsi because only we Indians like to call it Curd. Most of the other countries call it Yogurt. There It is available in many many different flavors.
The type we make at home, that we call Dhai (unflavored), maybe the Videsi people call it Greek Yogurt. :geek:

Rich (BB code):

I having trouble boiling eggs since these are a newer stock from my egg supplier, The shell is sticking to the skin of egg, anyone of you have a solution?
Try putting them in some ice cold water immediately after you boil them. Adjust the time of cold bath according to your results.

Is Yogurt, a form of dahi? I never had it as I found the name disgusting.
